5 Tips for Attractive and Charming Posture
People are capable of standing with grace! Your posture reflects your outlook and the attitude of the mind. The prevailing thoughts transcend into your stance, your gait, and your posture.
It's an attractive trait that speaks on behalf of your self-esteem.
Understanding women might be the most intricate task in the universe. I always strived to attract them. In my quest, I realized the importance of posture.
A straight posture along with an attractive body language and genuine smile makes you more attractive to women.
So why this simple, yet powerful habit has so much impact in social environments?
It has to do with the way other social members perceive you. Evolution embedded certain indicators into our brain circuitry. Using those, outsiders are able to tell the rank of the individual within the given tribe.
People give out honest signals. Timid voice is one of them. So is the posture. Impossible to fake, posture is like a window to one's attitude of mind.
We are all capable of spotting an incongruent stance. Such an ability is hard-wired in us.
Driven by the desire to survive and reproduce, our brain developed ways to distinguish social ranks through posture and non-verbal behavior.
Graceful posture, smooth gestures, and ease of movements make up a confident body language.
Imagine a wild animal environment, for instance, a wolf pack. How do high-ranked members of the pack behave? Are they relaxed and comfortable? Or are they tense and slouched with their tales tucked under the belly?
In spit of verbal language, body language communicates a big chunk of information. It speaks through our posture, gestures, gait, and facial expressions.
Your mental state affects your posture and vice versa. Try something. Sit down, tuck your head between your legs, and think about something positive. Or stand straight, grin wide, look up, and try to think about something bad.
Through conscious presence, one can develop this skill.
Now that I induced you to pay attention to your posture, let's look at how you can develop this attractive trait.
Dance
Dance is a natural and effective way to build a good posture. It will teach you to move in a graceful and captivating way. But what kind of dancing, there are so many to choose from?
What resonates with you? I like contemporary, Salsa and Bachata.
Keep in mind though that the goal is to be loose and relaxed.
So while Breakdancing or Krumping are both great styles, they wouldn't be a good fit in our case.
What kind of music makes you want to move and sway to the beat?
Is it the modern contemporary dancing that captivates you? Is it more of a classical ballet style, Hip-Hop, or RnB?
Perhaps you always wanted to spin your partner?
Salsa, Bachata, Cha-cha, Mambo, Rumba, Waltz, Reggaeton and Marengo are all partner dancing.
Here are some examples.

It doesn't matter which style you choose as long as it resonates with you.
Your goal is to learn how to loosen up by removing some tension in your body. This will improve your posture and lead to a more attractive and confident body language.
Stretching
Your posture is a result of your skeletal muscles pulling your body in different directions. It's like a consensus to which your muscles arrive.
For example, the most common problem people have with a posture is slouching or hunching over. Often tension causes stronger chest muscles to contract for no apparent reason. They overpower upper back muscles and your shoulders slant forward. Your body slouches as a result.
Stretching your muscles makes them flexible and prevents the tension buildup. Sounds scientific, but this practical advice prevents tension buildup promoting good skeletal balance.
Strengthen Your Core, Abs and Upper Back

Without flexible and well-developed muscles, the perfect stance is unattainable.
I don't encourage lifting giant weights, doing long cardio workouts, or running marathons.
If you are in average physical shape, not obese, a 30-minute long daily exercise will improve and sustain your core muscle groups.
Get Involved in Sport that Requires High Coordination Skills
Boxing, figure skating and rhythmic gymnastics don't seem to relate to each other. But they have things in common.
Boxers are light on their feet. This lets them react quickly to an upcoming attack or pounce forward to conduct their own attack. They also need to do a lot of upper body movements to dodge punches. This requires a lot of twisting and bending at the waist.
Boxers are loose, relaxed, and very comfortable with lateral and rotational movements. Their stance is efficient, effective, and elegant.
Without a perfect posture, figure skaters won't be able to move with grace and precision. The figure skating elements, so intricate in nature, require a perfectly aligned stance and well-balanced posture.
Rhythmic gymnastics, not only promotes a perfect posture but also unimaginable flexibility.
Do Yoga or Calisthenics
If the above sounds too complicated or difficult, try something simpler. Yoga, calisthenics, gymnastics.
Yoga combines mental, physical, and spiritual into one practice.
